AMAG Addons extend the functionality of AMAG's very popular AMAG card access software.

Some common features are:

• Multithreaded operation. The interface remains ready and responsive during background database access.
• Consistent architecture. Users can move from one addon to the next and expect a familiar interface to work with.
• Centralized Addon Manager. The AMAG Addon Manager provides a centralized place to start and configure all of your installed addons.
• Automatic configuration. The first time an addon is ran, it automatically finds all the available SQL servers on the network and uses the first available Customer Code and Company ID. This makes setup a snap. These settings can be set manually later of course.
• Windows NT Service ready. Addons that don't need to interact with the user and always need to run, such as servers and addons that interface AMAG with third party databases, can insure always-on operation by running as NT services.
